Most of the homes are walking distance to wonderful shops, stores and restaurants. Even if you don't live in Kensington, it is a wonderful place to visit. Kensington is one of the oldest San Diego neighborhoods and brings a lot of history with it.
3. If you are looking for one and two bedroom homes, you can find them in Kensington. Many people love this, as they want a house with a yard, but they don't want a huge home with 5 bedrooms for 1 or 2 people.
